LEADERSHIP

JUST BE YOU.

We believe in order to be a winner the sooner you learn who you are the better you can JUST BE YOU. We are all made unique and possess individual talents that are needed to succeed on and off of the court. In helping players find their identity we strongly believe this is a fundamental tool in reaching your maximum potential and a major key to success and happiness. Authenticity is often frowned upon in this sport, but at IBA we teach and encourage players to simply be themselves.

Our leadership team strives to meet the needs of the parents, players, and coaches we serve at all times. We believe by leading in demonstration first and allowing our words to marry our actions. Our leadership development program is based on serving others first.
